Four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including the master suite, are located on this level, along with a cozy pajama lounge and children's play area.
On the lower level, you’ll find two additional en-suite double bedrooms with uninterrupted ocean views. This floor also houses a separate TV lounge and bar area, which opens onto the outdoor dining and barbecue space—ideal for alfresco gatherings.
The home's well-considered design offers flexibility for families or groups traveling together, allowing for both communal living and private retreats. A sparkling swimming pool provides the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach, while the lush garden, complete with a charming jungle gym, makes this an excellent choice for families with children.

- Guests will be required to read, understand, and sign the house rules upon arrival.
- Our housekeeper, Mercy, provides a basic cleaning service every Monday, unless alternative arrangements are made.

How to Get There
Llandudno is a secluded coastal suburb on Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard, known for its pristine beach, dramatic mountain backdrop, and exclusive residential feel. Getting there is both straightforward and scenic.
From Cape Town International Airport – A 30 to 40-minute drive (approximately 35 km) takes you along major routes, passing through the city and along the breathtaking Atlantic coastline.
By Car – Driving is the most convenient way to reach Llandudno. Take the N2 towards Cape Town, then merge onto the M3 or M5 to bypass the city center. Continue on the M62 (Kloof Nek Road) through Camps Bay or take the M6 coastal route via Hout Bay for spectacular ocean views. Limited parking is available near the beach and along residential streets.
By Taxi or Ride-Sharing Services – Uber and Bolt offer reliable transport options, providing a direct route from the airport to Llandudno. The journey follows scenic coastal roads, making for a memorable arrival.
By Public Transport – Public transport to Llandudno is minimal. However, the MyCiTi Bus services Hout Bay, from where a short taxi or ride-share trip will take you the rest of the way.
